How do cryo and red light work together?
Whole-body cryotherapy surrounds you with very cold air for about three minutes. It's the same kind of cold therapy athletes use for recovery.
Red light therapy then uses red and near-infrared wavelengths that reach beneath the skin and support your body's own recovery.
Everyone responds differently, so your first visit is about seeing how your body feels.
What to expect at your visit
A short intake and a tour, so you know your way around.
About three minutes in the cryo. It's cold, but it's quick, and we're with you the whole time. We give you gloves, a mask and slippers.
Then twelve minutes of full-body red light, which feels gently warm.
We finish by walking you through options for your goals. Bring shorts, and ladies, a sports bra.
