What to expect at your visit
We start with a quick body analysis, so you have real numbers to compare against later.
Then you lie down on our Theralight bed for a double session, about 20 minutes, with the room to yourself. The light feels gently warm. Plenty of clients nearly fall asleep.
You finish with 10 to 15 minutes on the vibration plate, then sit down with one of our wellness experts to go over your results and your plan.
Comfortable clothes are all you need, and you're back to your day straight after.

What happens at my Discovery visit?
We start with a body analysis. Then you get a double red light session on our Theralight bed, with the room to yourself, followed by 10 to 15 minutes on the vibration plate. At the end, one of our wellness experts goes over your analysis with you.
How long does it take?
About an hour to an hour and a half, because your first visit includes intake forms so we can personalize your plan.
Will I see results after one visit?
Your first session is the beginning, not the finish line. Like a single workout, one visit won't transform your body overnight. The best results come from consistency over a series of sessions.
Why do I pay online?
We only take a few Discovery visits each day so every client gets proper attention. Paying online holds your spot at $67, then our team reaches out to pick your time.
Is this a membership?
No. It's one payment for one visit. You decide afterwards if you want more.
How do I prepare?
Drink 70 to 80 oz of water the day before and the day of your visit, and come in comfortable clothes. Nothing special needed.
Who should not do red light?
Red light is not advised during active cancer. Everyone fills in a health form before starting, and we tailor the visit to your answers.
What if I need to cancel?
Change or cancel at least 24 hours before your visit. Late cancellations or missed visits have a $25 fee.
